I'm making Mulligatawny Soup today from the DIet Rebel Cook Book and was looking around for serving size when I found your blog. My great friend Leanna Hunt from Centerville referred it to me and I'm so grateful.<br />I second your thoughts on overcoming addiction. It is truly a symptom of spiritual disconnect (brought on by countless forms) and can be overcome! Feeding our bodies micro nutrient dense food leaves up satisfied nutritionally and when we still "just wanna eat" we can ask ourselves, "what is really eating me?". This process takes humility and endurance. I can tell you understand that and I want to thank you for sharing.
